Singing as part of a group is a great way to boot wellbeing and increase confidence following a stroke.  Singing is a natural way to release endorphins, lifting our mood and helping us to connect with others.  A suggested donation of £4 per person helps to cover session costs.  Refreshments are available in the in the foyer.
